The Wedding

You’ve got the ring and now begins the exciting process of planning all the details! It is a huge honor and privilege to take part in celebrating one of the most significant events in the lives of my couples. You are about to begin an incredible life-long journey with your favorite person–a journey that will be full of ups and downs. Your love story is unique to the two of you and it deserves to be shared! While the wedding day is ultimately just a day, and it’s the marriage that matters most, I still would argue that wedding photos and choosing a photographer you trust are important. After all, your photos are the only thing you have left from that day when all is said and done (besides your new spouse, which is obviously the best part!)
My primary goal as your photographer, aside from providing you with beautiful images, is to make this whole process go as smoothly as possible for you. You can expect an experience that is laid back, organized, and fun! Your wedding day should truly be a joyful experience–it doesn’t have to be stressful! I’m here to support you each step of the way. Part of our process will even include planning a custom timeline that will allow for plenty of photo time and give me the ability to guide you through the day, so that you don’t have to worry about a thing! I will give you direction with things like posing, while also capturing your natural personalities and the little moments of the day that you might not even see. I provide all-day coverage so that every moment, from getting your hair done with your bridesmaids all the way to your grand exit at the end of the night, will be documented. My goal is to tell the full story of your special day and to help make your dream wedding a reality.
The Process
Once I receive your inquiry, we will set up a time for an in-person meeting or call. This time will allow us to get to know each other, to go over your wedding plans, and for me to walk through what you can expect with me as your photographer, as well as answer any questions you might have. Then we’ll make it official by securing your date with the retainer fee!

This is one of my favorite parts of the process! During this session, I get to capture your personalities and love for each other. It also might likely be the first time the two of you are getting professional photos taken together, which makes it even more special. The session will be about an hour long and it will give us a chance to get to know each other even more, as well as for you to get comfortable working with me and being in front of the camera, so that when your wedding day comes, you already feel like a pro!

I will send you a wedding questionnaire (typically a few months before the wedding), which will help me get all the details I need in order to put together the perfect photography timeline for your big day. This is a key element when it comes to organization and allowing me to help you have a stress-free day!

I will be there throughout the day to help you in any way I can and to make sure all the special moments get documented. I will have the timeline we created (as well as a family photo list) to use as a guide in making sure nothing important gets missed and to help everything stay on schedule as much as possible!

Now you get to look back and relive the most special day of your life! I will post a sneak peek of your images on my social media pages within one week after your wedding. Your full online gallery will be delivered to your email within eight weeks and includes 600+ downloadable images from your wedding day for you to print or share how you'd like.
