With over 5 years of photography experience, I'm committed to providing an enjoyable experience and capturing your memories with intention. I don’t want this business to just be about business, or even just about taking pretty photos. Yes, I want to deliver beautiful, quality work that you will treasure, but it goes beyond that. One of my greatest values and desires in my business are relationships. I would be thrilled if you felt like you gained a new friend after working with me! I want you to have an experience that reminds you that you are known and cared for by the God who created you. I hope to be an encouragement to you as you enter a new season of life, whether that be marriage, parenthood, college, or something else. I hope to remind you of how much you love your family or spouse and enjoy being together. I hope to make you feel celebrated during some of the biggest moments of your life. I hope to build your confidence in who you are while living in a world that tries to tell you who you should be. When you choose me as your photographer, you’re giving me an opportunity to invest in your life. Maybe in a small way or for a short period of time, but my hope is that we will build a connection that lasts beyond one photo session or wedding day. Regardless, serving you is a privilege that I don’t want to take lightly. Quality and consistency in the images I provide for you are of utmost importance, but the experience you have and how it impacts you after the fact are equally as important to me.
My Style
My hope is that both during your session, and every time you look back at your photos, you would feel a sense of JOY! Most often the occasion for taking professional photos is something celebratory or exciting, so my goal is to reflect that emotion in your images. I want you to see them and be able to remember how you felt during that time in your life. Besides seeking to capture your genuine emotion, I also utilize a bright shooting and editing style in order to accomplish a joyful feel throughout your image gallery.

One of my biggest goals is that you would still enjoy looking at your photos 10, 20, or 30 years from now, when styles have changed, and that you would still feel like they are a beautiful and accurate representation of yourself or your family. I strive to deliver images that won’t feel completely outdated with every changing trend. A couple of ways I seek to create timeless photographs include using a combination of classic, traditional posing along with fun, candid posing, as well as avoiding editing in a way that gives the appearance of heavy filters or drastically alters the natural look of you and
your environment.
This one builds on the previous point made about shooting and editing in a way that appears natural! I aim for the colors and lighting in an image to remain as true to the real-life scenario as possible. I want you to look at your photo gallery and see your true self, not an altered version of yourself. My goal is to enhance the beauty that is already there, not to change it. As I photograph you, I seek to capture genuine moments (even as I direct you with posing), so that I can deliver photos that show who
you really are!
